An in the hoop project, using embroidery, and applique robe and ginger felt to produce a gingerbread Joseph.  Instructions included.  Option to stuff, which will require a small amount of sewing to close the gap.  Alternatively leave unstuffed and the gap will be closed during the embroidery.
