When you stitch on any fabric with a pile you need a knockdown stitch so your embroidery shows clearly. Without one the fibres of the fabric start to peep through and obscure your stitching.
Here we have a set of 7 different sizes of circle knockdown stitch. That means you can embroider the thinnest satin stitch and for it still to show clearly. Use thread to match your fabric and the knockdown stitch becomes almost invisible. Great for towelling, fleece, Sherpa and other piled fabrics.
